Brandon
Antonik-Rodriguez
Brandon Antonik-Rodriguez is an 11-year-old child actor from Southern California, based in Los Angeles. He works in film and commercials.
His interest in acting began while he was watching Terminator 2 with his dad. Concerned about the characters, Brandon learned that the actors were playing pretend for their job. His response: “Oh, Daddy, I want that job.”
At eight, he stepped onstage as Chef Louis in The Little Mermaid. He continued performing as Maurice in Madagascar and the Duke of Weselton in Frozen, then began acting in films in 2024.
In Dead Pet Shark, Brandon plays Arthur, a boy whose grandfather encourages his curiosity. His attempt to revive a dead shark he finds on the beach leads to increasingly mischievous results. His other roles include Owen, a dying child in Starman, and Juan, a boy whose fear of his ailing grandfather gives way to affection and grief, in How I Died... and Lived to Tell the Tale. In the dark comedy The Gun Machine, he plays a bullied child whose attempt to buy a gun from a vending machine prompts the film’s main character to reconsider his choices. These roles draw on his ability to listen, take direction, and bring subtle emotion to a scene.
Brandon also brings comic timing and improvisation experience to his work, including live stand-up comedy. Three videos of his stand-up comedy have collectively received more than five million views across Instagram and Facebook. His commercial credits include Oreo Puffs, Hexbots, and Goodnites. He has learned and performed French dialogue for two roles.
Away from acting, Brandon enjoys basketball, video games, and watching movies with his family.
He is represented by AEFH and managed by The ESI Network.
